We are making a bagel topped with creamy avocado mash, luxurious smoked salmon, a perfectly poached egg, and a mock-hollandaise sauce made with tangy yoghurt and other tasty ingredients.
Yes, we didn't make the bagel because it's hard to do. The same reason we didn't smoke the salmon or make our own cheese.
