With so many variations of G&Ts out there, it’s hard to come up with something truly original. At first, we thought this concoction might be just that—but with matcha and gin both having their moment, we quickly realised it might not be as unique as we’d hoped. Still, this is our take on the many versions out there.
We know matcha tonic water isn’t always easy to find, but several online retailers deliver to most European and North American countries. If you can’t get your hands on it, we suggest adding 5g of strong matcha powder directly to the gin, filtering it to remove any grains, and pairing it with a mild tonic water like Mediterranean for a smooth, balanced finish.
This recipe is from our Lounge session, Sailing The Mediterranean.
