This week’s mix is titled Summer O’clock. We started this project late in the year, but still managed to steal a few days for one last outdoor feast with friends. It felt like summer refusing to leave quietly.
The mix sits alongside Experience #2 – The Tex-Mex Fiesta, a long, leisurely brunch shared with friends. Brunches have a habit of stretching into the afternoon, so the music follows suit. Nothing rushed. Just something to keep things moving gently in the background.
It drifts through organic house and downtempo sounds, opening with a few familiar shapes reworked for slower moments, before settling into deeper, warmer grooves. The kind of music that suits conversation, the occasional sing-along, and the odd bit of dancing when no one’s really paying attention.
